The 2017 Ford F-250 uses a fully-boxed high-strength steel frame. It’s 24 times stiffer than the previous frame and is designed to minimize flexing and twisting while maximizing strength. Also helping the new F-250 earn its powerful tow rating are stronger axles which helps this Ford truck bear more weight and get more done. The suspension and steering components given to the 2017 Ford F-250 are also stronger which helps deliver more control when towing and hauling heavy loads. Additional towing features available in the 2017 Ford F-250 include Ford’s AdvanceTrac® with RSC® (Roll Stability Control) and Trailer Sway Control. These systems both use gyroscopic sensors to help you maintain control and stability when driving the new F-250 and the trailer its towing.
Other towing features available in the new 2017 Ford F-250 include many new camera systems.
