Preparation
When the water starts to boil add the peppercorn and the ginger. Boil it 60 sec. covered. Then you should lower the temperature and let it simmer 5-7 min. Cool it down, strain the mixture, and add the honey. Drink from this 2-3 cups per day.
Apple cider vinegar
This antibacterial liquid helps maintains a healthy pH balance and prevents the production of the phlegm. In order to feel the benefits of the ACV drink a tbsp. of it on a glass of water or gargle with it.
Turmeric
The curcumin which is an ingredient of the turmeric has strong antibacterial properties and here is how can you consume it.

- Warm water (1 glass)
- Salt (½ tsp.)

Preparation
Mix everything well together and gargle with it for a couple of minutes few times per day. This will destroy the bacteria and reduce the phlegm.

- Boiling water (4-5 cups)
- Thyme (½ tsp.)
- Rosemary (½ tsp.)
Preparation
Add the rosemary and the thyme into the boiling water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the pot. 3-4 times per day would be enough to feel a relief.
You should also blow your nose and you shouldn’t drink cold drinks. Stop smoking and use a humidifier in your home.
