If you’re in the market for not just one, but two new smartphones, T-Mobile has a weekend-long promotion that might pique your interest.
The Un-carrier is hosting a Buy One, Get One Free event for the Samsung Galaxy S7. It starts at 6:00 AM PT on Friday, November 11, and runs until 11:59 PM PT on Sunday, November 13. Customers can choose to take advantage of the deal in a retail store, online, or over the phone.
There are some caveats, of course. You’ll need to pick up the first Galaxy S7 with an installment plan, which means $0 down and then $28.75 per month for the next 24 months. The second Galaxy S7 has to be purchased and activated on a qualifying line of service:
- Existing customers [with Simple Choice Unlimited plan]: Simple Choice Unlimited or T-Mobile ONE line is required with the second device to be eligible.
- Existing customers [with plan other than Simple Choice Unlimited or T-Mobile ONE]: T-Mobile ONE plan required with first device and second device to be eligible.
- New customers: Required to port-in a line and activate both devices with T-Mobile ONE service to be eligible.
Once those boxes have been checked, the qualifying second device will receive 24 monthly bill credits equal to the installment payments. Canceling the service before the 24 months is up means the remaining balance of the phone will be due.
If you prefer picking up the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, or the Galaxy S6 edge+, T-Mobile is including those devices in the promotion, too.
