Jamie Green just won the opening race of the 2015 DTM season at Hockenheim. The British driver started from pole position and was able to hold the lead in the 40-minute "sprint" race.
The Audi Sport Team Rosberg driver dominated today's round behind the wheel of his #53 Audi RS 5 DTM. Jamie Green was ahead of two Mercedes-Benz drivers, Pascal Wehrlein was second and Paul di Resta was third.
Today's victory is a historical one of Jamie Green, his first ever win with Audi Sport in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters.
It was an action packe drace with a lot of contacts between the drivers of the three elite German brands.
