You need to follow these exercises and to repeat this eight-minute routine two times per day. Be patient and consistent and you will be amazed by the results.

The eye opener
This exercise will tone up the lower and upper eyelids and it will reduce the puffiness around your eyes. Put the index finger between the eyebrows and the thumbs around the corners f the outer-eye. Try squeezing the eyes tightly shut and pull the index fingers up and the thumbs towards the ears. Pull up and out with the finger for 40 sec.

Furrow smoother
It reduces the vertical lines between the eyebrows, raises them and reduces the wrinkles on the forehead. Put the fingers in the center of the forehead and try pushing the eyebrows up while you are pulling with your fingers down. Keep this position for 30 seconds. You can also try sleeping with surgical tape which will reduce the wrinkles.

Lower eyelid lifter
Reduces the dark circles and the puffiness and strengthens the eye muscles. Put the index finger on the outer corner of the eye. Make a squint up with the lower eyelid. Feel the pulse of the eye muscle. Shoulders back and face forward. Hold this position for 40 seconds.

Cheek energizer
This exercise will give the perfect form to your cheeks. Put the index finger on your cheeks and with the middle of the upper lip try smiling. Pull the upper lip against the teeth. The lower and upper lip should be pulled away from each other. Repeat this exercise 20 times.

Nose transformer
This exercise will give your nose the shape that it had when you were younger. Hold the nose bridge with the index finger and thumb and put the other index finger on the nose tip. Push the tip up and pull the bridge down at the same time. Repeat this 40 times.

The lip lift
It will strengthen the corners of your mouth. Press the lips tight together and put the index fingers on the corners. Move the fingers down and up quickly for 40 seconds. At the end blow between your closed lips to relax them.

Lip plumper
This is an exercise for full and beautiful lips. Press the upper lip against the gums and hold this position with the index finger while you are pressing the upper lip with the other index finger. Pull the fingers away. Do 20 circular movement.

Nasal plumper
Make the letter “O” with your mouth, put the index fingers on the corners of your mouth and pull up towards the nose. Then down again and repeat this for 30 seconds.

Jaw toner
Roll your lips over your teeth and open your mouth. Now, open and close your mouth and while your mouth is closed pull the chin towards the ceiling.

Neck chin lift
Put one hand on the neck and the other in front of you on the wall. Point the chin towards the ceiling and smile strongly. Push against the wall with your hand and go back to the wall. Repeat this for 30 times.
