Concept Creator has released yet another concept design on its YouTube page, this time around we’re looking at the OnePlus 5T. The designer actually shared its vision of a modular Galaxy S9 quite recently, and the OnePlus 5T is now here as well. Having said that, the OnePlus 5T might actually arrive in the near future, most rumors are claiming it will land next month, though nothing has been confirmed by the company just yet. Having said that, the phone is rumored to sport a rear-facing fingerprint scanner, and very thin bezels on its front side, let’s see how this concept design compares to rumors and leaks, shall we.
If you take a look at the video which is embedded down below, you will notice that the back side of this concept OnePlus 5T handset looks almost identical to the OnePlus 5’s back, with one notable difference, a fingerprint scanner which is placed above the OnePlus branding, interestingly enough. A protruding dual camera setup is still here, and the same can be said for the phone’s LED flash, they even seem to be in the same place. The power / lock key is placed on the right-hand side of the device, while you will find the phone’s volume rocker button on the left, along with the alert slider. Once we flip the phone around and turn on its display, it’s immediately noticeable how thin its bezels are, considerably thinner than bezels on the OnePlus 5. This concept design actually resembles the upcoming OPPO F5 quite a bit. The Type-C USB port is placed on the bottom of the device, and that’s where you+ll find this handset’s loudspeaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
Now, along with the design, the source shared some of the specs for this imaginary smartphone. Concept Creator’s OnePlus 5T handset sports a 6-inch QHD+ display, which comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 835 64-bit octa-core SoC, while 20 and 16-megapixel shooters (with f/1.6 and f/2.6 apertures, respectively) are located on the back side of this handset. The real OnePlus 5T will most likely ship with a 6-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display, 6GB / 8GB of RAM and a dual camera setup on the back, though its fingerprint scanner will probably be placed a bit lower, and it will look a bit different.
