Get rid of the folds on your sides and back in only 21 days!



We all want to get rid of the fat but it isn’t as easy as it seems. In our today’s article, we are going to show you one of the easiest ways to do that in only 21 days.

We are going to show you some exercises that will help you to remove the fat from your sides and folds. You will need only 12 minutes per day so now you can’t use the excuse that you don’t have the time to exercise.

The exercises

These great exercises are perfect for your whole body. They will help you to tone it, to get rid of all the unwanted fat on your body, and to improve your posture. They are in the group of strength training which is even more effective than cardio.

  • Push and touch

This is an exercise for your upper back, shoulders, and chest.

Place your arms on the sides and your palms should be faced forward. Raise your arms up, to the length of your shoulders and face your palms to the ceiling. Then pause and raise your arms over your head, your palms faced behind the body.  Now, bring back your arms to your shoulders, pause and go back to the starting position. Do 8 repetitions in 3 sets.

  • Bent-over circular row

This exercise is for your mid-back, upper back, chest, and biceps.

Bend forward with your knees also bent, and your body parallel to the ground. Try extending your arms towards the ground. Circle your arms the right, up and then toward your chest. Now, circle the arms to the left and then down. Repeat this to your left.

Do 12 repetitions in 3 sets.

  • Crisscross reverse fly

A great exercise for your upper back and your shoulders.

Bend the knees and keep the torso leaned 45-degrees. Cross your arms in front of your knees. Now, lift your arms to your shoulders and return to the starting position. Repeat this with your opposite hands crossed.

Do 12 repetitions in 3 sets.

  • Elbow kiss

An exercise that is great for your shoulders and chest.

Lift your arms to your shoulders, your palms faced up. Bend your elbows to a 90-degrees then place your arms in front of your chest, your elbows should “kiss”. Return to the starting position.

Do 12 repetitions in 3 sets.
