It is very importa
nt to cleanse and detoxify our bodies. And soups are great detoxifiers. They will cleanse our body, boost the immune system and improve our health.
The cleansing with soups lasts for three days and you should eat 5-6 soups per day. You can prepare them in advance in order to stay organized.
Recipes
Broccoli soup
- Broccoli florets (2 ½ cups)
- Celery (3 stalks)
- Kale (1 cup)
- Vegetable (2 cups) or bone broth
- Lemon juice (½ lemon)
- Collagen (2 tbsp.)
- Sea salt (a pinch)
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp.)
Warm up the coconut oil and then add the onion, broccoli and celery around five min. Put the vegetables or bone broth and let it simmer 5 min. At the end blend it.
Carrot and ginger soup
- Grated ginger (3 tbsp.)
- Onions (2)
- Carrots (2)
- Garlic (3 cloves)
- Coconut milk (1 cups)
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp.)
- Plant protein (2 tbsp.)
Cook the ginger, broth, carrots, and garlic on a low temperature. Into the sautéed onions add the oil and mix everything with the previously cooked mixture. At the end add the coconut milk and the salt and mix.
Red lentil soup
- Red lentils (½ cup)
- Onion (1 small)
- Apple (1)
- Sweet potatoes (2)
- Carrots (2)
- Cumin (½ tsp.)
- Paprika (½ tsp.)
- Ghee or coconut oil (¼ cup)
- Ginger piece (one-inch)
- Bone broth (4 ½ cups)
- Salt, pepper, and coconut cream (to taste)
Warm up the oil and add the onion, carrots, apples, and potatoes. Cook them well then add the ginger, paprika, broth, cumin, lentils then cook for 30 min. Blend and simmer it. The water should evaporate. At the end serve it with coconut cream.
