The most important is the breakfast and if you are skipping meals, then you will probably overeat yourself at dinner. So instead of skipping meals, eat 5 times per day, but your meals should be smaller.

If you want to stay healthy and control the appetite, then you must sleep at least 7 hours per night. If you stay up late, it can occur an imbalance in the hormones (leptin and ghrelin). The first one tells the body that is satiated and the other one that is hungry.

Your food should be chewed 30-40 times before it is swallowed. 30 minutes are needed before the body knows that is satiated. So eat slowly and you will eat less.

In the center isle of the shop are usually the processed foods and drinks. Avoid the center isle and you will additionally avoid those foods and drinks.

When we take in too much caffeine the stress hormone, cortisol, increases. Due to that we are more hungry and have food cravings.

Drink plenty of water. It will detoxify your body, boost your metabolism and reduce the risk of heart attack. Do not substitute the water with drinks like soda, coke, flavored waters, etc.

The processed food contains a lot of sugars and fats, for that reason you must avoid those foods and you will lose some extra weight.
