The plank challenge
This exercise is actually planking for 20-45 seconds per day at the beginning and increase the time to 3-4 minutes per day.
This mighty exercise involves the muscles of your whole body but it is very important to do it correctly.
Instructions
Hold plank position for 20 seconds the first two days and then 30 seconds the fourth and 40 seconds the fifth day.
Don’t exercise on day six and on days seven and eight hold plank for 50 seconds. Increase the time to one minute the next two days.
On day 12 plank for 90 sec. and then take a break for one day.
Days 14 and 15 plank for a minute and a half and two minutes the next two days.
On the 18th day plank for 150 sec. and then again take a break. Days 20 and 21 continue with 150 seconds. Hold plank for 180 seconds the 22nd and 23rd.
Day 24 plank for 210 seconds and take a break, on day 26 continue with 210 sec.
Days 27 and 29 hold plank position as much as you can no less than 240 seconds.
The results will be amazing.
