Take an ice cube tray and put the cracked eggs in it. Don’t put any oils and sprays. Keep the eggs in the freezer for two hours or until they are solid. Try removing the eggs from the tray, if you can’t, leave them in water for a minute, it should be warm.
Put them in a freezer safe bag and you can keep them for a year.
You can use them whenever you will need them, just let them unfreeze at a room temperature. You can prepare scrambled eggs, put them on a French toast or in your chicken.
