New Howdy Honda Dell Children’s Hospital Room
Howdy Honda has just revealed a newly re-designed recovery room at the Dell Children’s Hospital. The new Howdy Honda Dell Children’s Hospital room is designed as a post-chemo treatment area for patients.
New Howdy Honda Room Design
The fun design of the new Howdy Honda room is meant to inspire the imagination. The room features an outer space theme. The walls are adorned with supernovas and galaxies, with astronauts and Honda Pilot, Odyssey and Fit models flying through the stars. Other details in the room include star patterned curtains and pillows along with a reading lamp and a spaceship bookshelf with space-related books.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new room was held on Thursday, April 6, though the room had already been put to use earlier in the week. Cliff Collier, General Manager at Howdy Honda, and Mary Frasher, Art & Development Coordinator at Dell Children’s Blood & Cancer Center, were both in attendance for the ceremony.
“Thank you Cliff and Howdy Honda. For having the empathy and the wherewithal to come up with a design that’s out of the box and transports these kids to another place. That’s what this is about.” – Mary Frasher.
Rooms like the Howdy Honda Recovery Room are meant to help children recover from treatment in a safe place that creates a sense of wonder and inspires the imagination.
