2018 Honda Odyssey Performance Specs
The 2018 Honda Odyssey will be powered by a 280-horsepower 3.5L direct-injected i-VTEC V6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management. Two new transmissions are available—a 9-speed automatic and, for higher grades, an all-new Honda-developed 10-speed automatic that offers more confident, refined performance, and is the first of its kind in a minivan.
The advanced new powertrains, along with a new body design and new chassis technology, are expected to result in superior performance and highly competitive fuel economy ratings. The 2018 Odyssey also features Honda’s Intelligent Traction Management system with Normal and Snow modes, and combines with Agile Handling Assist for a more powerful braking system and improved all-weather traction and control.

The 2018 Honda Odyssey is packed with advanced technology and connectivity features keep you and your loved ones both entertained and connected on the road. The 2018 Odyssey takes in-vehicle connectivity to a whole new level with a multitude of new technologies. The Odyssey’s 8” high-resolution touchscreen interface serves as the central hub for the new audio and telematics options, which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
Another first on the 2018 Odyssey are the new Cabin systems: CabinWatch, CabinTalk, and CabinControl. All of the systems are designed to give the front passengers more access to the rear passengers without having to leave the front seats. A rear entertainment system with a 10.2” screen is also available. Other 2018 Odyssey technology features include heated and ventilated front seats, rain-sensing wipers, parking sensors, wireless device charging, and much more.
