Car Hacks Tips and Tricks for Families
Hack #1: Use silicone cupcake liners as cupholder inserts. Stop struggling to dig coins, little bits of crumbs, or sticky candy wrappers out of your cup holders. Silicone cupcake liners fit perfectly in standard cupholders and are easily removeable for cleaning.
Hack #2: Create a bucket pulley system for transporting snacks, toys, and other items to the back of your vehicle. This is perfect for long car rides with large families. Tie rope between your vehicle’s ceiling grab handles, and tie a bucket to the rope ends for the perfect DIY pulley system. The bucket can be transported back and forth to hand the kids snacks, toys, and more.
Hack #3: Put a closet tension rod in your trunk to organize coats and bags. Avoid having to dig through piles of bags and jackets by neatly hanging everything on a tension rod. Simply lengthen the tension rod to fit the length of your trunk and start organizing.
