Father’s Day 2016 Restaurant Specials

Estância Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse — Complimentary Gift Cards

The steakhouse will be giving away complimentary gift cards to Dads who come in for a meal during Father’s Day weekend. The special runs Saturday, June 18th from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm and Sunday, June 19th from 11:30 am to 9 pm. Lunch costs $32.95 and dinner costs $49.95.

Best known as the Sunset Capital of Texas, the Oasis sits on a lake known for its beautiful sunsets. Brunch buffet prices are as follows: $36.95 for adults, $18.95 for children 3 to 12, and $28.95 for seniors over 55. Reservations are required for the brunch buffet.

Russian House of Austin — Father’s Day Brunch Buffet & Mimosa’s and Medovucha

An eatery that serves authentic Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, Russian House’s Father’s Day brunch will be served from 11 am to 4 pm, featuring Mimosa’s and Medovucha with complimentary infusion for all dads. The brunch costs $32 per person or $12.50 for kids.

Andiamo Ristorante — Father’s Day Brunch

North Austin’s home for authentic Italian cuisine, Andiamo is featuring a classic Italian lobster dish for Father’s Day brunch. For $35 per person, families can enjoy the Linguine Al Sugo Di Aragosta and paired white wine special. The special will be offered from 11 am to 2 pm.

Safari Champ — Father’s Day Special

A local entertainment center with a giant indoor playscape, Safari Champ is the ultimate place for family fun on Father’s Day. To celebrate dads, Safari Champ is offering $3 admission per child (parents get in free) and a free protein shake for dad, as well as a chance to win a $25 gift card.

Alamo Drafthouse at the Ritz — Father’s Day: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Enjoy a night out packed with violence, humor, and intrigue with the showing of The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly at the Alamo Drafthouse. Add in a burger and the house’s special whiskey flight for an extra special afternoon with Dad. The movie starts at 12 pm.

Springfree Trampoline Store — Super Dad Day

Celebrate Super Dad Day with Springfree featuring tgoma on Father’s Day from 1 to 3 pm. Families can enjoy mini grilled cheese sandwiches, Dad’s root beer, trampoline fun, arts and crafts, and a tgoma challenge with a winning prize.

Father’s Day 2016 Outdoor Activities

Pedernales Falls State Park — Father’s Day Picnic Hike

Take your Dad on a Father’s Day adventure and explore the trail system around the Pedernales River. The program will begin 12:30 pm at the Main Falls Trail head in the back of the park. Put on your hiking shoes, pack Dad’s favorite lunch and some water, and enjoy the hilltop views! Park entrance fee is $6, no other fees apply.  

Bastrop State Park — Father’s Day Refectory Tour

The Refectory is a Arthur Fehr original design that was hand built by over 400 men in the 1930s. The light fixtures were hand forged and the timber was milled, treated, and carved my hand. Treat Dad to a tour of one of the most beautiful hand-crafted buildings in Texas — rarely open for public tours! The tour starts at 2 pm and the park entry fee is $5.
