Barchetta
Based on the Model of the Fiat Punto, the 2003 Barchetta, or “small boat” was Fiat’s sexiest number yet. Inspired by the Punto, the Barchetta was remodelled, redesigned and expanded on its luxury and comfort. During its production, the original Maggiori plant went bankrupt and Fiat’s production was moved to Mirafiori. From then, only left-hand cars were produced.
Seicento
The 2004 Fiat Seicento became a left-hand-drive only vehicle. At this time, the model was completely redesigned, changing its overall shape. The new, round Fiat logo, was introduced, for the first time, on the rear of the Seicento.
Stilo
From 2006, the Fiat Stilo models received facelifts. They were modernised, seat fabrics changed, and centre arm rests removed. In previous models, the armrests actually hindered the use of the handbrakes.
