As Andrew Patterson pointed out when sharing this photo of downtown Nassau that his grandfather took while on a business trip in 1966, there were indeed plenty of U.S.-built cars sharing the Bahamian roads with British cars at the time. We’re not entirely sure of the location – and it doesn’t help that Google doesn’t appear to have yet sent a street view car to the Bahamas – but we believe it to be East Street just south of Bay Street looking south.
