Ford’s third-generation Mustang was built from 1979 through 1993, meaning that used examples remain somewhat plentiful. Low mileage and relatively unaltered V-8 examples are a rare find, however, which is why this 37,000 mile 1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 caught our eye. Yes, we know the wheels are from a 1991 Mustang, and the current owner is clear that a few changes have been made in the name of performance. For the detail obsessed, none of these bolt-ons are irreversible, and most of the stock parts are included in the sale. It’s not a show-quality car, but as drivers go this appears to be much better than most. From the seller’s description:
1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0: This is a 37,000 original mile car that has been kept mostly stock (including the radio) – with the exception of a few things. It’s very clean and in great condition – not perfect but probably one of the cleaner fox’s I’ve seen.
