Honda SFA Streetfighter Concept

Honda will display a 150cc streetfighter concept called the SFA at this weekend’s Osaka Motorcycle Show.

The SFA isn’t a new concept; it originally debuted at the Indonesia Motorcycle Show last October. It’s powered by a liquid-cooled Single, likely based on the engine mounted on the CB150R offered in Indonesia.

The chassis is new, with a steel trellis frame, upside-down fork and single-sided swingarm. Visually, the SFA’s styling is a departure from Honda’s other naked models like the CB300F and CB500F, especially with the slender-looking dual stacked lights.

At the moment, the SFA remains just a concept model, though the decision to take the Indonesia show concept to the Osaka show in Japan suggests Honda is gauging any interest towards a production model.

The SFA will be displayed beside the CRF250 Rally concept, the RC213V-S MotoGP replica, the True Adventure concept and another new concept model to be revealed when the show opens on Friday.
