Normally we get a little more context to Documerica photos than we see attached to this Gene Daniels shot of traffic in Hollywood in May of 1972. Then again, it’s a Southern California freeway – of course it’s gonna be jammed with traffic. We’re not sure exactly where the photo was taken – there appears to be a Cindy’s dance club in Hollywood today, but it’s nowhere near a freeway. What do you see here, and where do you believe the photo was taken?
