Bettering our community is a cornerstone of Berman Auto Group, and through our community partners have been helping to improve the lives of others for over 30 years. This weekend, GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago named Berman Subaru of Chicago their 2019 Community Partner of the Year.
GiGi’s Playhouse was created to change the way the world views a Down syndrome diagnosis and send a global message of acceptance for all. Through Subaru’s Share the Love Promise, Berman Subaru of Chicago was able to raise more than $60,000 for GiGi’s Playhouse and contribute to several events, including their 4th Annual Get Down With Down Syndrome Dance-A-Thon and their World Down Syndrome Day event. We are honored to help the lives of so many families in Chicago who are part of the Down Syndrome community!
Berman Auto Group’s Leah Garcia met with the GiGi’s team to receive the award and the Berman team assisted in donating and preparing several Virtual Fall Math & Literacy Tutoring Kits.
