In today’s fast-paced, “always on” world, many people suffer from anxiety. Most of us feel that we always have to be doing something in order to stay on top of things, but in reality, this business is only making us sick and overly stressed. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), approximately 18%, or 40 million Americans, experience anxiety disorders annually. This number has likely gone up, however, since the data was collected.
