OnePlus has its own proprietary fast charging method (because we don’t have enough standards on the market) that was previously called Dash Charge. Unfortunately OnePlus wasn’t able to secure the trademark in the EU thanks to Amazon and Bragi.
Despite the company removing the Dash branding from most of its products and web pages, Bragi is taking it a step further and suing OnePlus both in the EU and United States. This is due to the company selling earphones called Dash.
This shouldn’t greatly affect OnePlus as the company is no longer using the name anyway. Nonetheless it’s unfortunate to see litigation, especially so late in the predicament.
