The OnePlus 6T is the company’s upcoming smartphone, and while we’re waiting for leaks to start popping up, a YouTube channel called ‘Concept Creator’ has released a concept design of the OnePlus 6T. The device is expected to arrive in Q4 this year, and this concept design is based on some leaks and rumors that surfaced, so the design of the real OnePlus 6T may end up resembling this design.
This concept phone is made out of metal and glass, just like the OnePlus 6, and its back side actually resembles the one on the OnePlus 6 quite a bit. You will notice two vertically-aligned cameras on the back, an oval fingerprint scanner below them, while a dual-LED flash is also a part of the picture. The device’s rear-facing cameras protrude on the back, similarly to the cameras on the OnePlus 6. OnePlus’ logo is imprinted on the back as well, while the back side of the device is curved. The power / lock button and an alert slider can be found on the right-hand side of this phone, while its volume rocker buttons are on the left, along with a SIM card tray. A 3.5mm headphone jack is located on the bottom of the device, while a Type-C USB port is included on the bottom as well, along with a loudspeaker and a microphone. On the top of the phone, you will only notice a noise-cancelling microphone.
If we flip the phone around, you’ll notice that it has a really tiny notch at the top of the display, just like the OPPO R17. That notch is noticeably smaller than the one on the OnePlus 6, and aside from that, the phone has really thin bezels, the thickest bezel is the bottom one, as a small ‘chin’ is located there. This concept phone is shown in several color options in the provided video, and the source did not share any spec info with this concept design, which is not that odd considering this is just a concept phone.
