Google Duo, the search giant’s ultra-simple video calling service, is gaining availability for even more individuals. With its most recent update, Google Duo is adding support for Android tablets and iPads. Up until this point, Duo was only compatible with Android and iOS smartphones. Adding support for tablets and iPads is a sensible move, as many individuals prefer the larger screens when video chatting.

Though Duo isn’t as ubiquitous as FaceTime or Skype, it’s quickly becoming a popular option for video calls, particularly between iOS and Android users. With its simplicity and ease of use, Duo appeals to a wide array of individuals. It’s not loaded with extra features like Skype and, unlike FaceTime, it works across both major mobile operating systems.
