Cricket Wireless announced that it will be carrying the LG Stylo 4, and it will be on sale starting tomorrow, June 29. This smartphone is going to be priced at $229, and offer customers an inexpensive smartphone with a built-in stylus. Cricket Wireless will be offering the device up in black or metallic lavender. Cricket also mentions that you need to sign up for at least the $30 monthly plan to get this device. Which essentially means you can’t use the cheaper plan that doesn’t come with any data.
The LG Stylo 4 is the successor to the Stylo 3 which was a huge success for LG. It was one of the most popular devices of 2017, for good reason. Now the LG Stylo 4 is here with a 6.2-inch full HD+ display, so LG has brought the FullVision display down to the Stylo lineup. There’s an octa-core processor inside, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. There is also a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, which is going to offer some great pictures from this smartphone. With the Stylo 4 having that stylus built-in, you can take advantage of a number of features here, like Screen-Off Memo, GIF Capture and much more. Allowing users to really take advantage of that large screen and the stylus here.
MetroPCS actually launched the LG Stylo 4 not too long ago, and it was priced a bit cheaper. But it was also sporting slightly less RAM at 2GB. So it’s good to see that Cricket Wireless is going to be offering up the better model, even if it is $50 more. Cricket’s plans start at $30 per month which will get you 2GB with unlimited talk and text. $40 will bring you to 5GB of data, $55 gets you unlimited data at speeds of up to 3Mbps, and finally $60 gets you unlimited data with uncapped speeds.
