Unknown Meizu-Branded Smartphone Pops Up With Four Cameras

A new Meizu-branded smartphone has just leaked, and it actually resembles some of the company’s already released devices. If you take a look at the gallery down below, You’ll be able to see six leaked images of the company’s upcoming smartphone, and these images allegedly come from the Chinese patents office. Along with renders, which you’ll spot down below, schematics for the phone have also surfaced, read on.

The company is rumored to release the Meizu M6s in the near future, its budget smartphone, while the Meizu M15 Plus is coming in the Spring as the company’s flagship. The Meizu M15 Plus had been confirmed by the company’s officials already, but the device that just leaked is definitely not the Meizu M15 Plus, and quite probably not the M6s either. So, what phone are we looking at here? Well, this is probably one of the company’s budget phones, judging by its looks, and it will probably be released under the ‘mBlu’ brand, also known as ‘Blue Charm’. This handset will probably arrive to China first, and it will make its way to some other countries after that. As you can see, four different color variants of the device surfaced, white, purple, light purple and what seems to be lime yellow. This handset comes with a dual camera setup on the back, and below those two cameras lies an LED flash along with an additional sensor, possibly a laser autofocus or something of the sort. One of the two phone’s rear-facing cameras sport a considerably larger sensor compared to the other one, and both of them protrude on the back a bit. This handset actually comes with a dual camera setup on the front as well.

The phone seems to be made out of metal, while it comes with a front-facing fingerprint scanner. That fingerprint scanner actually doubles as a physical home key and a capacitive back button, and it’s called ‘mBack’ key by Meizu. This handset will ship with Meizu’s Flyme OS skin, of course, and all of its physical keys will be placed on the right. A 3.5mm headphone jack will be included at the bottom of the phone, next o a Type-C USB port and the phone’s loudspeaker. Unfortunately, we do not have any more spec info to share with you, but chances are more such info will surface in the near future.
