Rumored Honor 9 Lite Listed On TENAA With Its Specs



A new Honor device has been listed on TENAA, complete with specs and images, and it is rumored to be the upcoming Honor 9 Lite. This smartphone is expected to be unveiled on December 13 in China and will likely be a less premium version of the Honor 9. Honor devices with the model numbers of LLD-AL10, LLD-AL00 and LLD-TL10, are thought to be different color variants of the Honor 9 Lite. The colors listed on TENAA happen to be black, white, blue and gray, though only three model numbers are known of at the moment.

According to the TENAA listing, the Honor LLD-AL00 will sport a 5.65-inch screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1080, leading to a ratio of 18:9. On top of that, the handset weighs 149g and sports dimensions of 151 × 71.9 × 7.6mm. The power and volume rockers are located on the right-hand side of the phone, while a SIM card tray is on the left-hand side. A fingerprint scanner is also available on the rear of the device. While the model of the processor running the device is not explicitly stated on TENAA, we do know that it is an 8-core CPU clocked at 2.36GHz. Memory wise, the phone will be available in two memory configurations, 3GB and 4GB of RAM, along with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. Honor has added the option to expand the storage up to 256GB via a microSD card. For optics, the Honor LLD-AL00 happens to pack four cameras, with a dual camera setup on either side of the handset, similar to that of the Huawei Nova 2i. Both dual camera setups will consist of a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel shooter, and happen to be CMOS sensors capable of shooting in 1080p.

Keeping the lights on is a 2,900mAh non-removable battery and it is likely to support fast charging in the form of Huawei’s Super Charge. The usual connectivity options are also included, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Sensors such as a gravity sensor, a distance sensor and also a light sensor are part of the package. Also, the upcoming smartphone happens to support VoLTE and will be running on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, making it the first phone from Honor to run on the latest version of Android.
