Mix 2 tbsp. of uncooked oatmeal with some honey and massage your top lip with this mixture.

Leave this mixture for 15 minutes and then wash it well with some warm water.

Sit in front of a mirror and widely open your mouth. Your lips should be 1 ½ inches apart and start lowering your upper lip toward your lower lip.

Hold the upper lip steady in downwards position and try moving the middle part of the upper lip outwards as you are trying to smile. Keep the upper lip stretched outwards but don’t use the corners of your mouth.

Now, relax the upper lip and return your lip in the initial position. Repeat this 5-6 times per day and your wrinkles will reduce significantly.

Put your thumbs in your upper lip and turn the nails toward the gums. Move the upper lip muscles towards the thumbs in small motions. Keep this position for a while.

Count to 5 and do 8 movements and return to the initial position.
