ZTE A0620 Surfaces On TENAA With A 4,870mAh Battery

One of ZTE’s upcoming big battery smartphones has just landed on TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC), the ZTE A0620. The ZTE A0620 comes with a 4,870mAh non-removable battery, and the rest of its spec sheet is actually rather interesting as well. This smartphone seems to be made out of metal, while a fingerprint scanner is placed on its back, along with the company’s branding. All of the physical keys can be found on the right-hand side of the device, and this phone comes with a single main camera on its back.

The ZTE A0620 comes with a set of capacitive keys below its display, while a 3.5mm headphone jack is included at the very top of this phone. The ZTE A0620 comes with a 5.2-inch 720p (1280 x 720) display, while TENAA reports that the device will launch in 3GB, 4GB and 8GB RAM variants, which is extremely odd. This phone comes with ‘only’ a 720p display, and the rest of its specs are suggesting that we’re looking at an entry-level device, while TENAA claims that one of its variants will include 8GB of RAM. That is not exactly likely, though 3GB and 4GB RAM models may become available. This smartphone will arrive in 32GB and 64GB storage variants, and you’ll be able to expand that internal storage via a microSD card. The phone will be fueled by an octa-core SoC clocked at 1.4GHz, and Android 7.1.1 Nougat will come pre-installed on this smartphone, along with ZTE’s custom UI, of course. A 13-megapixel shooter will be included on the back of the ZTE A0620, while a 5-megapixel camera will be available on the phone’s front side.

The ZTE A0620 will launch in black, gold and silver color variants, at least according to TENAA, while the phone will measure 147 x 71 x 8.5mm, and weigh 160 grams. There you have it, we still do not know when will this phone become a reality, but chances are it will be announced soon. The ZTE A0620 will probably hit China first, as it was certified in the country, though it is possible that the company plans to sell this phone in other markets as well. The ZTE A0620 probably won’t be the phone’s final name, as this is only its model number, we’ll have to wait in order to see what will ZTE end up naming this phone.
