With its focus on a leaner product line, HTC has been fairly quiet in recent times, releasing a handful of devices each year. The time is nigh for a new smartphone from the company, and if the rumors hold true, it’ll be a high-end device with specs to satisfy power users. The HTC U11 Plus is slated to launch on November 2, and thanks to @evleaks, we know what to expect.
HTC is packing the U11 Plus with power including components like a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB storage plus a microSD card slot. The display is a 6-inch WQHD+ (2960×1440) LCD stunner, perfect for viewing photos shot with the 12-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.7 aperture. There is also an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, a 3930mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, IP68 dust and water resistance, BoomSound audio, and HTC’s Sense UI.
The U11 Plus is a real powerhouse, designed to compete with the latest and greatest flagships on the market. There’s no word on pricing or a release date, but keep watching for more rumors and coverage of the reveal event on November 2.
