Every woman wants to look younger and to hide her age but it isn’t easy and the most known remedy, for now, is Botox. Today we are going to present you some exercises that are even better than Botox.
A 73 years old woman looks 20 years younger and it is due to these exercises.
Exercise them 4 times per day and you will notice some great improvements. Very important before you start is to warm up so just sit down and breathe in deeply and then out.
Exercises for your neck
Sit straight and lean your head backward and forwards three times. Relax your jaw and breathe deep. Now, twist the head to the right and then to the left and look over the shoulders. Repeat this 3 times.
Lower the right ear to the right shoulder and count to five. Then repeat the same on the other side.
Exercises for the eyes
Try not moving your head and look with your eyes as high as you can. Count to five, look down and count to five. Repeat this 3 times.
Keep the head straight and look to the left count to five and then look to your right and count to five. Repeat this 3 times.
Look up diagonally to the left count to five and then down diagonally and count to five. Repeat this to the left. Repeat 3 times on each side.
Facial muscle exercises
- Raise the eyebrows and keep your eyes wide open at the same time.
- Raise the eyebrows and hold them for five seconds as high as you can.
- Do the letter “O” with your lips and try smiling at the same time.
- Sit straight and look up, pucker the lips and try sticking the tongue out.
- Open your mouth and stick the tongue as far as you can.
- Move the nose to the sides.
You will need only 5 minutes to do these exercise but the difference they will make to your face will be huge. You will notice some changes in only a month.
