Tennis Ball Tricks for Relieving Pain in your Back, Neck, Shoulders, Hip, Knees, Feet and more… (Video Included)

The modern way of life has led to many health problems like pain in the neck, back, shoulders, etc. Today we are going to present you some exercises and you will only need one tennis ball. Repeat these exercises as often as you can and eliminate your pain.

Back pain

Lie down with two tennis balls under your back, between the ribs and the tailbone. Now move your hips on right and then on left and the ball will massage you back. You can also put the balls in some socks and do the same exercise.

Neck pain

This exercise will relax the muscles on your neck. Just lie down on the back with two tennis balls at the base of the skull. Your head should rest on the balls. Try pushing the balls upwards and stretching your neck. Relax and repeat the exercise as much as you want.

Hip pain

Lie down on the floor, turned on the side with a tennis ball under the hip. Now move the hip in circular motions in one direction then in the other. Switch the side and repeat the same exercise.

Shoulder pain

Lie down and bend the knees, between the spine and the shoulder blade put a tennis ball. Try moving the stretched-out arm over the body and head in circular motions. The pain you feel shouldn’t be too strong.

Knee joints and leg muscles

This is a great exercise if you have a pain in the knees. Place yourself in a sitting position and bend the knee. Put a tennis ball on the inside of the knee. Try pressing the ball as much as you can between the thigh and the calf for ten seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and then repeat the exercise 8-10 times with each knee.

Foot reflex zone

Stand up straight and put a ball under your foot. Try rolling it with it. Roll it with your whole foot 30-60 seconds. Now repeat the same exercise with the other foot. This is also a great exercise for plantar fasciitis.

Hand massage

Sit down and put one hand on the ball then put the other one over it and try to “crush” the ball with your whole weight on the ball. Stay in this position for a minute, then relax and repeat the same exercise with your other hand.

Watch the video, follow the instructions and you will feel great relief.
