- Eat regularly and don’t skip meals because at the end of the day you will overeat yourself.
- Avoid eating late at night.
- Do you best to fall asleep and sleep at least 8 hours per night. It will relax you and you will feel better.
- Avoid dairy products because they contain arachidonic acid which increases the cramps and pains.
- Avoid watching sad movies and listening to sad music. You already feel depressed so there is no need to worsen your state.
