A lot of women have a problem to get rid of the fat around the hips, bottom, and inner thighs. There are many diets and exercises for that but not all of them have the time to go to the gym and to prepare certain meals. Exercise 1
Lie down on the floor and lift up your legs. Repeat this as much as you can but no less than 20 times and hold that position for 15 sec.
Exercise 2
Do squats as many as you can. Hold 10 seconds in the lowest position.
Exercise 3
Place yourself 12 inches from the wall, standing. Touch the wall with your shoulders without moving your feet. When your thighs are parallel to the wall, try sliding against the wall. Repeat this at least 5 times and keep that position for 40 sec.
Exercise 4
The best exercise is walking for an hour per day. For better results walk every day but faster than you usually do. When you are in a building, don’t use the lift, use the stairs instead.
