Detoxify your body in only 3 days!



Obesity is a serious problem of the modern world. It is associated with cardiovascular diseases and other serious diseases. It can also happen as a result of eating too much sugar.

There is sugar in almost everything we eat and the only problem that can cause sugar isn’t weight gain it can also be the reason for hyperactivity, infection, fatigue, headache, and cancer.

The sugar gives energy to our bodies but the excess of it is converted into fat. So, when we consume too much sugar we gain weight, especially in the belly area. Here is a detox plan that can help you remove the toxins from your body.

First day

Breakfast: Some seeds and berries, almonds, and boiler or scrambled eggs

Snack: Nuts (1 bowl)

Lunch: Beets, parsnip, butternut beans, carrots, and chicken breast

Dinner: Broccoli, fried mushrooms or a bowl of green beans, and a piece of salmon

Second day

Breakfast: The same as day 1

Snack: The same as day 2

Lunch: A cabbage salad with some olive oil, lemon juice, and salt; grilled red and yellow peppers, and zucchinis with lemon juice, vinegar, and thyme.

Dinner: Stir-fried Bok Choy with baked cod, steamed vegetables, and a soup

Third day

Breakfast: A salad of sautéed kale, cup of walnuts and almonds or berries and an omelet (3 eggs) and shrimps

Snack: The same as day 1 and 2

Lunch: Roasted chicken with some black olives, onions, lemon juice, and thyme.

Dinner: Penne pasta, brown rice with some tomato sauce, basil, mushrooms, and some vegetable broth.
