Burn some calories and transform your body with this 5 exercises!

Do 4 sets of 25 squats each and 2 sets of push-ups, 10 each. You can try doing them with your knees on the floor and your feet up.

  1. Kettlebell swing workouts

With this exercise, you will burn 20 calories in a minute. Widen your legs as your shoulders and bend the knees. Grasp your weight with the arms towards the front then swing from your front to your back. Do 3 sets 10 each.

  1. The bicycle

Pedal with your legs as fast as you can for a minute, the next two minutes slow down. Repeat this for 30 minutes.

  1. Legs lifts

This is a great exercise not only for your legs but for your abdominals too.

  1. Burpees

You will need only one minute of burpees to burn 14 calories. Stand and jump, beginning from the lizard position. Do a straighten lizard then jump and stand again. Perform 3 sets, 5 each.

With all the exercises you can increase the amount as your strength increases. You will look better and you will also feel better.
