It turns out AutoArt will not be the only company to produce a diecast model of the Lexus LC, as the Make Up Company of Japan have just announced their plans to manufacture a right hand drive 1:43 scale LC coupe.
Make Up have built a solid reputation for meticulously crafted hand built models with the utmost of detail. Their cars are made in small numbers and at premium cost.
Despite the smaller size (the AutoArt model will be 1:18 scale), the Make Up Lexus LC will retail for an eye-watering ¥31,968 ($290 USD). Pre-orders have opened at the Kid Box Japan toy store, which appears to be the only retailer.
