  • Make a change in your lifestyle

Pay attention to your habits, eat half a chocolate instead of one of if you want a piece of cake, eat it slowly and don’t eat another piece. Drink low-fat milk or avoid it If you can. Try to eat an apple as a snack. Try to make some changes in your life but do this slowly.

  • Tap your foot

  • Watch TV

Don’t avoid watching TV but engage the core while you do it. Do some exercises for the arms, legs or your neck. There are some great fitness channels or cooking channels that will inspire you to cook something healthy. But remember the most important rule: Never eat in front of the TV!

  • Eat from a small plate

This is already proven. If you eat from a smaller plate you will eat less. But another important thing is to try eating more slowly.

  • Count the chips

This isn’t a joke, count the chips and set a target for the next day. If there are 50, try eating 30 the next day and leave the rest for the next day. You can do this thing with nuts as well. It is definitely worth trying.

  • Sleep

Never go to bed with any kind of food and even try eating at least a few hours before going to bed. It is also very important to sleep 6-8 hours per night.

  • Popcorn

Popcorn is great for you but you must eat them without butter or any kind of flavors.

Walk whenever you can, it is the best exercise. It is also a great mental exercise that will help you fight against anxiety and depression.
