Ingredients
- Baking soda (2 cups)
- Epsom salt (1 cup)
- Sea salt (1 cup)
Preparation
Add the ingredients into some boiling water and leave them to boil for a while. Then you should fill the tub with some warm water and put some ACV in it. Add the boiled water with salt and you can also add some essential oils and salt. Stay in the water for half an hour. This will detoxify your body and increase the levels of magnesium in your body.
Clay recipe for detoxification
Ingredients
- Bentonite clay (½ cup)
- Epsom salt (½ cup)
Preparation
Add the salt and some essential oil in a tub full of water. Now mix the clay with some water put it in the bath. Stay in the water for 20-30 min. and detoxify your whole body.
Oxygen recipe for detoxification
Ingredients
- Hydrogen peroxide (2 cups)
- Dry ginger powder (1 tbsp.)
Preparation
Add the hydrogen peroxide and the ginger in a tub full of warm water. Stay in the water for 30 min.
Feet detox pads
You can find these pads in every health store, they are cheap and easy to use. Apply them at night and remove them in the morning. If in the morning they are dark, then the treatment is successful.
