The village of Itasca puts on one of the largest displays outside of Chicago, with a 25-minute performance packed with colorful explosions.
Northwest Fourth-Fest Fireworks

July 2 at 9:30 pm
Put together by the Hoffman Estates, the Northwest Fourth-Fest offers up family-friendly activities including a carnival, craft fair and concert.
Skokie Fireworks
Niles West High School
July 4 at dusk
The Skokie celebration begins with a parade at noon, and ending up at the Niles West High School for food, drinks and live music with a fireworks display at dusk.
