The latest version of the car will include multiple updates and changes over the previous model, including new engine options, and a new transmission. The 2018 Honda Accord new engine options will include two turbocharged four-cylinder engines.

Standard equipment on the 2018 Honda Accord will include a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This engine will be paired with either a continuously variable transmission (CVT) or a 6-speed manual transmission. Next on the list of engine options will be a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. This engine will be paired with a new 10-speed automatic transmission, or a 6-speed manual.

2017 Honda Accord Performance and Features
The 2018 Accord will build off of Honda’s 2017 model. The 2017 Accord is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 185 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque, or a 3.5-liter V-6 that checks in at 278 horsepower and 252 pound-feet of torque.
