After some studies were made it was concluded that in order to keep the muscle mass, you need to do more intense exercises. Here are ten exercises that last for 20 seconds after each need to make a 10-second break and each should be repeated for three times.

  • 3, 2, 1 Lunges
  • Up and out jacks
  • Static squats
  • Butt kickers
  • Curtsy jump lunge
  • Split jumps
  • Flutter kick squats
  • Evan burpees
  • X-burpees
  • Four high knees and two jump jacks

Important tips

  • Warm up your whole body before you start
  • At the beginning exercise slow. 20 seconds exercising and then 40-60 second resting or you can injure yourself
  • Set a time in order to focus on the exercise
  • Exercise 3-4 times per week. The body needs rest
