We all want a flat stomach and with this exercises we can achieve that

The roll
Lie down place your arms on the sides and straighten your legs toward the ceiling. Bring down the legs close to the floor but they shouldn’t touch it. Then pull the knees towards the chest. Do this 30 sec. then pause.

Windmills
Lie in the same position like in the previous exercise but now go with your legs to the sides. Repeat 30 sec.

Starfish crunch
Place the legs apart while you are lying. Stretch your arm above the head. Touch the opposite foot with your opposite hand.
Repeat 30 sec.

Mountain climbers
Hand on the floor and the body up on the toes. The spine straight. Place the knees to the chest and alternate the legs 30 sec.

Russian twist
Place yourself in a sitting position, 45 degrees off the ground. The legs on the floor, twist the upper body and the hands on each side. Repeat 30 sec.

Spiderman planks
Place yourself in push-up position. Lift the leg, your knee into an angle of 90 degrees, and hold for 15 sec. After that switch the legs and hold 15 sec. again.

Single leg drops
Lie on the back and place the arms on the sides. Straighten the legs towards the ceiling then put one leg down then the other they shouldn’t touch the floor. Repeat for 30 sec.

Double leg circles
Keep the same position and make circles with the legs. 30 sec.

Flutter kicks
While you are in the same position start doing kicking in the air. Do this for 1 minute:
