The Diet Plan
Day 1
- For breakfast: sour milk (1 cup), boiled eggs and oranges (2 of each)
- For lunch: sour milk (1 cup), cooked chicken (200 g.)
- For dinner: cooked chicken (150 g.), boiled egg and orange (1 of each)
Day 2
- For breakfast: fresh lemon (1 cup), boiled eggs (2)
- For lunch: mineral water (1 glass), baked fish (150 g.), grapefruit (1)
- For dinner: milk (1 cup), boiled eggs (2) and grapefruit (1)
Day 3
- For breakfast: mineral water with 1 tbsp. lemon juice (1 glass), boiled eggs (2)
- For lunch: grapefruit (1), cooked beef (200 g.)
- For dinner: boiled eggs (3) and mineral water (1 glass)
Day 4
- For breakfast: vegetables (3 mixed) and scrambled eggs
- For lunch: salad, cooked chicken (150 g.)
- For dinner: mineral water (1 glass), boiled egg (1) and oranges (2)
Day 5
- For breakfast: sour cream (1 tbsp.), boiled eggs and carrots (2 of each)
- For lunch: orange juice (1 cup), fresh carrots (2)
- For dinner: fish with lemon juice (150 g.), boiled egg (1), mineral water (1 glass)
Day 6
- For breakfast: yogurt (150 g.), mixed citrus fruit juice (1 cup)
- For lunch: smoothies (2 cups), boiled eggs (2)
- For dinner: only mineral water
Day 7
- For breakfast: boiled eggs (2) and grapefruit (1)
- For lunch: orange (1), cooked beef (200 g.)
- For dinner: only mineral water
