4 Back Relief Tricks to Sleep All Night Like a Baby



8 hours of sleep is something very important for all of us. But what if we can’t sleep? A lot of people face that problem so today we are going to present you some simple exercise for a better sleep.

 

  • Wind-relieving pose

This exercise will relax your spine and improve the work of your intestines.

How to do it:

Lie on you back, bend the knees, and straighten your arms, then wrap the knees, and press them to the stomach. While you are doing this exercise watch in the breathing. Remove your legs from the torso while you breathe in and press them while you breathe out. Keep this position for a minute.

  • Your feet on the wall

Lie down and straighten your legs up on the wall spread the arms and breathe calmly. Keep this position for 1-2 min.

  • Wave exercises

Step 1

Lie on the back and put some towels under the neck and the waist. Move the feet from one side to another and as well as your head. Do this for 1 minute.

Step 2

Now lie on the stomach and place the arms at the sides, place a towel under the forehead. Move your feet from one side to another. Do this 1 minute.

  • Shavasana

Lie on the back and spread your legs and arms. Relax your body and make 20 respiratory cycles.
