Give it a Kiss!
Just last month, the Southwest Kia Round Rock dealership of Texas, United States partnered with the local radio music station 96.7 KISS FM for an interesting contest that made headlines. The contest called for Kia fans in the area to gather and kiss a 2017 Kia Optima for a chance to claim the car as their own.

The aptly named ‘Kiss a Kia’ contest kicked off with 20 participants. Contestants were provided with a ten minute break after each hour and although fans lost sleep and sustained aching muscles, everyone was in good spirits. After a whopping 50 hours of locking lips with the vehicle, Dilini Jayasuria, a resident of Austin, Texas, was named the winner and took the beloved Optima home.

Discover Your Soulmate
Taking the baton from Texas, Kia Canada is holding a contest that allows fans to express their love for Kia in a more verbal way. With the Kia Soulmates contest, fans from Canada are encouraged to submit stories about their very own Kia Soul through writing, photos and videos.

One winner will be chosen among the submitted stories and will receive tickets for the Kia sponsored FIFA Confederations Cup football tournament in Russia that takes place in June. The winner and one guest will have to opportunity to set off on an all-expenses paid trip to St. Petersburg.
