Drink oregano tea and stay healthy



Conventional medicine is something we are choosing easily. Sometimes even without thinking too much if there is a choice of curing some problem by taking a medicine from nature.

Very often we don’t think of the bad effects that some medications can cause us, we simply go for it. And what if very often actually the classical medicine causes bigger side effects?

We all use oregano, mostly on our pizza or pasta. It is very a common spice that can be used on the whole planet. In the late few years even the pharmaceutical industry uses its benefits for nose sprays, especially the wild oregano.

Preparation

There are many ways to prepare it, here is one of them – use one tablespoon of oregano powder and 3 tbsp. of fresh leaves, add mineral water (about 300ml).

Boil the water, put it away from the heat when it starts boiling, then add the oregano and let it steep for 10 min. When it is chilled out, add some honey. You can drink it three times a week to improve your health.

What does the oregano tea do to you: it cleans up your body, makes your bones stronger, makes your skin look better.
