Memorial Day Ceremony at the National Museum of the Pacific War
Never forget what Memorial Day is really about. On May 29, at 10 a.m., the National Museum of the Pacific War will be holding a special Memorial Day ceremony. This event is free to the public, but seating is limited. This year’s guest speaker will be Iwo Jima survivor T. Fred Harvey.

Memorial Day Weekend Pig Roast
The Dutch Family Winery will be having a Memorial Day pig roast on Sunday, May 28. Cost for the event is $35.00 per person and includes a pig roast buffet ticket and one glass of wine. The event will also include live music.
Memorial Day Splash and Bash at Zip Lost Pines
Zip Lost Pines will be holding a special Splash and Bash event on May 29. Entry to the event is free, and Active Duty military members and Veterans will receive special discounts on a full zip tour. A zip tour is a unique way to explore McKinney Roughs Nature Park.

Austin Sketch Fest
The 8th annual Austin Sketch Fest will be running from May 22-28. This fun festival will showcase the best scripted comedy from the Austin area and beyond. Passes to the festival will give attendees access to all of the shows and events. Ticket prices start at $30.
