- Put your hands on the floor and your shoulders distant from one another. Your neck should be stretched out. Your hands shouldn’t relax too much.

- Keep your buttocks low. Your body should be in a straight line, not a triangle.
- Breathe rhythmically and hold this position
- Imagine you have a glass of water on your back and hold your body as much as you can.
Press your knees and your hands on the floor. Your wrists and shoulder should be in straight line and your back also straight. Look straight your nose should confront the floor and position the back of your head parallel to the roof. Straighten your left leg while the fingers are twisted and then your right leg. Hold 20-60 seconds. Now bend your knees and hold up on your heels while the huge toes touch and your knees apart from each other. Lower your knees to your tights and with your temple touch the floor. Straighten your arms and relax. Repeat this three times an ideal time is 60 seconds.
